technical notes: cdrom is for Windows -systems above or win95 and it needs cdrom-player faster than 16x, at least 64 mb RAM, a soundcard is needed also. The screen size is 600x800 pixels (svga).

The users in university and institutional networks should install msvcrt.dll, and in some cases msvcirt.dll which are NOT installed with Windows.  See Microsoft Knowledge Base article.

For correct lay-out, see that you have Verdana and MathA-C fonts in your Font-folder (normally distributed with Windows).  

The cdrom starts automatically if the system allows automatic start from cdrom-player. Otherwise doubleclick the phl-icon in the cdrom (phl1.exe).
